• By accessing and using the ImpactMath19 platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, acknowledging that you are solely responsible for your learning progress and that we do not guarantee any specific test scores or academic outcomes resulting from your use of our tutoring services.

• User Eligibility:
  • Must be of legal age to use the platform independently, or have parental consent if a minor.  
  • May require verification of student status or grade level.  
• Service Description:
  • 1:1 virtual math tutoring lessons and group math classes.
  • Format of learning will be online.
  • Monthly subscription that allows user to access ImpactMath19 math worksheets and answer keys.
• Payment Terms:
  • Payment methods accepted are zelle, paypal, or online website.
  • Pricing structure varies.
  • Automatic renewal policy for subscriptions (if applicable).  
• Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel before the beginning of your appointment.

Cancel 48 hours prior to appointment time receive full refund. 

Cancel between 48 hours to 24 hours prior to appointment time receive 50% refund. 

Cancel within 24 hours to appointment time no refund.

• Tutor:

Tutors are vetted through background checks.

Confirmed bachelors or higher education in mathematics. 

• Confidentiality:

• Liability Disclaimer:
  • No guarantee of specific academic outcomes.
